Responsible for processing and measuring manufactured parts, operating machines and performing maintenance functions.
Responsibilities/Competencies:
1.
Lift and remove parts, boxes, and wire baskets from machines and place in appropriate container according to appropriate reference documentation.
2.
Authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems when responsible for conformity to product requirements.
3.
Operate forklift to move materials in required locations.
4.
Detect and resolve and/or report machine malfunctions or discrepancies promptly.
5.
Perform necessary in-process inspections and record data as needed.
6.
Follow appropriate safety regulations on a regular basis.
7.
Keep work areas in a neat and organized manner.
8.
Perform maintenance functions, to include:
painting, cleaning, hanging lights, cleaning fans, and other such duties.
9.
Conformance to all requirements of QMS, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
10.
Perform additional duties as required.
Skills:
Oral Communication Skills (English) Written Communication Skills Technical Communication Organization Reading Skills Visual Acuity Math Aptitude Physical Dexterity Skills Lifting up to 80 lbs.
Computer literacy Upon hiring you will be required to pass a drug test.
