We are currently seeking Deer Skinners to join our team, experienced or we will train for this position.
Laborers and processors needed as well.
Job Description:
As a Deer Skinner you will play a vital role in our hunting operations by ensuring that harvested deer are properly and efficiently skinned and prepared for processing.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and precision while handling game animals.
This position may require working in various outdoor conditions and environments.
Responsibilities:
1.
Safely and efficiently skin deer and other game animals in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
2.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the processing area to ensure food safety standards are met.
3.
Handle and store game meat properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.
4.
If you choose to, you may assist with the processing of game meat, including cutting, packaging, and labeling.
5.
Maintain and clean all equipment used in the skinning and processing process.
6.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow during hunting seasons.
7.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to hunting and game processing.
8.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Preferred experience as a Deer Skinner or in a similar role, will train Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Flexibility in working hours during hunting seasons.
